Develop. Compete.
Dominate.
Bluejacket Baseball Club is a premier youth select organization built on data-driven development, elite coaching, and a culture that produces players β and people β of character.
A lifelong love for the game.
Built one player at a time.
Our coaching and training philosophy is rooted in fostering a lifelong love for baseball while maximizing player development through fun, individualized, and scientifically grounded methods. We prioritize the skills that scale over time β so young athletes grow as both players and individuals in a supportive, engaging environment.
By blending data-driven insights with personalized coaching, we empower each player to reach their full potential while protecting their long-term health and enthusiasm for the game. Every player gets their own portal with bat speed, exit velocity, and throwing velocity tracked over time. Coaches build practice plans around what each kid actually needs. No one disappears in the back of a drill line.
How we develop players
Data-Driven Development
Every player has a personal dashboard with exit velocity, bat speed, throwing velocity, and accuracy tracked over time. You see the gains. You see the gaps. You stop guessing.
Individual Training
Request one-on-one sessions, sign up for small group training, and get drills built for what your numbers actually say you need to work on. Not a generic plan β yours.
Video Library
A growing library of training videos in the player portal. Mechanics breakdowns, drills, and game-situation work β study on the way home from practice, not when you finally remember at midnight.
Visible Progress
Line graphs of every metric over time so families know exactly where their player stands and how far theyβve come. No more "heβs getting better" β show me the chart.
Workout Log
Players log their throws, hitting, and lifts on their own. Coaches see whoβs putting in the work between practices. Accountability without nagging.
Direct Coach Access
Built-in messaging means families can reach coaches without dropped texts and lost group chats. Announcements, schedule changes, and questions all in one place.
